O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police protection to conduct the 'Kabadi Tournament' under floor light from 07.00 p.m., to 17.08.2019 to 09.00 a.m., on 18.08.2019 at South Kallikulam, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 17.08.2019 at about 07.00 p.m., to 18.08.2019 at about 09.00 a.m., in the above said ground, the petitioner made a representation on 26.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
