ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2. Issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

2. All that the petitioner wants is registration of the petition mentioned Judgment and decree. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. The second respondent is directed to register the petition mentioned Judgment and decree on they being submitted.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
