Prayer: This Criminal Original filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to Cr.No.545 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.545 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent. 2.In this case, the FIR was registered in the year 2016 in Cr.No.545 of 2016.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a reading of the complaint does not make out the offence against the petitioner, who has been arrayed as A2. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that no case has been made against the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the police has completed the investigation and the final report is ready to be submitted before the concerned Court. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the investigation reveals the involvement of the petitioner also.

5.This Court does not want to interfere with the FIR after the completion of investigation and the final report having been made ready already.

6.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised in accordance with law. 7.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
