Respondent Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide experience certificate for doing quarry work for not less than 2 years based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a self help group. It had submitted representation to the respondent seeking to be furnished with experience certificate for doing quarry work for not less than two years.

3. The stand of the respondent is that unless the relevant details are furnished, it is not possible to take any further action. In particular, the respondent wants the petitioner to give the details regarding the period when they have done the stone quarry work, who was the previous employer, salary received by the members of the petitioner group and how it was disbursed etc. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The respondent is directed to appoint an officer in this regard and also issue personal hearing notice to the petitioner. The petitioner will appear during the personal hearing and furnish all the records and particulars that may be sought for by the authority. Based on the materials furnished by the petitioner herein, the respondent will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
