ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent in Ref.TNSTC/TS/T3/07/2019, dated 19.07.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed a communication dated 31.07.2019, wherein it has been stated that the respondent is ready to withdraw the said impugned order dated 19.07.2019 with liberty to conduct the oral enquiry and then to pass final orders.

3. Accepting the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the respondent in Ref. TNSTC/TS/T3/07/2019, dated 19.07.2019 is quashed. However, the respondent / Corporation is given liberty to proceed with the matter in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
