O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.86 of 2016, pending on his file as early as possible. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.86 of 2016, which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections, 366, 467 r/w 120B & 34 of IPC. Even after a lapse five years, there is no progress in the trial. Even the discharge application filed by the accused has been dismissed on 11.03.2011, there is no progress.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter and the offence alleged, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, to expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposing the same, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
