ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to make necessary entries in the index, as invalid documents, in respect of the petition mentioned documents on the file of the 2nd respondent in pursuant to the judgment in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 8258 of 2020 dated 07.01.2025 on the file of the Honble Supreme Court, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025.

2. In view of the facts of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025, in light of the Judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 8258 of 2020, dated 07.01.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
