Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in P.D.No.102/2021,dated 11.08.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu namely Sivakami, W/o.Arockiadoss, aged about 40 years (Now confined at Special Prison for Women, Trichy) before this Court and set her at liberty.

Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.5084, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 28.10.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
