The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.09.2016 and to direct the third respondent immediately to release or return the petitioner's vehicle TVS JUPITER TN 45BJ3001 in Cr.No.632 of 2016 case to the petitioner and pass such further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard, Dr.R.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The first respondent issued Show Cause notice to the petitioner on 19.08.2016 and the petitioner has given a reply on 03.09.2016 and the same is pending without any progress.
5. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the reply given by the petitioner dated 03.09.2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(Writs) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
