Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct the survey of the petitioner's land in survey No.44/11A, which is situated at Kattaiampatty, Vaarappur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2016. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct the survey of the petitioner's land in survey No.44/11A, which is situated at Kattaiampatty, Vaarappur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No. 44/11A, situated at Kattaiampatty, Vaarappur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and he filed an application before the second respondent/Tahsildar on 09.04.2015, for measuring his property. He also paid necessary fees for conducting survey. But no order was passed so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the petition is pending from 09.04.2015, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and other neighbouring land owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
