PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to give suitable direction to the Honorable Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of petitions in D.V.C. No.43/2019 and Cr.M.P.No.8684/2019 on its file within the time stipulated by this Honorable Court For Petitioner : Mr.T.Banumathy For Respondent : Mr.Gowthaman

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in D.V.C. No.43/2019 and Cr.M.P.No.8684/2019 pending on the file the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending for a very long time without any progress

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose the case pending in D.V.C. No.43/2019 and Cr.M.P.No.8684/2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
