RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to extend the time which has been granted to the petitioner by an order of this Honourable Court dated 14/09/2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16512/2018 while releasing him on Anticipatory Bail in Connection with Crime No.163/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16512 of 2018, dated 04.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 10 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
