O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members along with close relatives and friends for conducting their joint family prayer in the petitioner's residence situated at building door No.4-144, Kuzhivarmbu Veedu, Kuzhuchal, Arumanai Post, 629 151, Kanniyakumari District. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has peacefully conducted Sunday prayer in his own house. But the private respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent as if he is making nuisance to the neighbours.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

4.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 2nd respondent may take further action depending upon the outcome of the enquiry or the petitioner if so aggrieved.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
