ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1865 days in representing the tax case revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent /accused vehemently opposed for condoning the delay. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
