ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District Judge, Palani, to expedite the enquiry in I.A.No.120 of 2020 in O.S.No.308 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Palani and to dispose of the same within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.I.A.No.120 of 2020 was filed by the petitioners herein under Order 39 Rules 1,2 & 3 and Section 151 CPC to stay all further proceedings of I.A.No.308 of 2007 in O.S.No.949 of 1989. Even I.A.No.120 of 2020 is not at all maintainable, since it prays for stay in some other decree. But, the learned Additional District Judge, Palani, numbered the petition and also passed an order of interim stay.

3.However, the Additional District Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose of the case in I.A.No.120 of 2020, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
