Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 27.09.2018.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for police protection.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused persons have to repay back certain amounts to the petitioner and they did not repay back the amount and there was a threat to the petitioner. The complaint was given before the respondent police and the respondent police called both the parties for enquiry and the accused persons accepted to settle the amount due to the petitioner. However, amount was not settled and the accused persons is threatening the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the earlier complaint,the accused persons undertook to repay back the money to the petitioner. He would further submit that based on the undertaking given by the accused persons the police had closed the complaint. Now the present complaint has been filed seeking for police protection.
4.Liberty is given to the petitioner to seek for appropriate remedy against the accused persons for recovery of money. If the mean time, if there is any threat to the petitioner, appropriate compliant can be given before the respondent police and the respondent police shall take action in accordance with law.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
