ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari and Mandamus, challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.BCW1/28958/2020 dated 28.07.2021 and direct the Respondents to sanction the revised scale of personal pay of Rs. 15600-39100+5400 GP to the Petitioner notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefits with effect from 01.04.2013 with all consequential benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.70 Back Ward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (MWRU2) Department, dated 03.10.2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents stated that he had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
