This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents to conduct appropriate enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.05.2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent in accordance with law 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022 was received by the respondent police and CSR No.159 of 2022 was issued and the petition is under enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 09.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
