ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaints dated 22.02.2025 and 25.04.2025 have not been enquired by the respondent Police, has moved this petition.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the petitioner's complaints, the respondent Police has conducted an enquiry and also registered a case in FIR No.95 of 2025 on 18.06.2025, for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2) of BNS 2023 and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. A copy of the FIR has been furnished to the petitioner's counsel.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 23.06.2025 Index : Yes / No.
