Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17803 of 2018, dated 05.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.10.2018 to till date.

considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17803 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
