*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the Registration Department, indicating the gross under valuation by the respondents 6 to 9 in relation to the document Nos.741/2016 and 984 of 2013, on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Srivaikundam.

2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2016 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the respondents 6 to 9 and all other concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
