ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2019 and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.127 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 379 and 506(2) of IPC, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the final report is made ready and is awaiting official formalities to be completed. 4.Since the final report is made ready, the 2nd respondent is directed to file the same before the concerned Court after completing the official formalities, within 15 days from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
