The petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.02 of 2020 and A.S.No.01 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, being satisfied with the affidavit filed in support of the civil revision petition, a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District to dispose of I.A.No.02 of 2020 in A.S.No.01 of 2020 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the other side.
