This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.34/2019/A1, dated 22.07.2019, posting the 3rd respondent in petitioner's place (TASMAC Shop No. 3120, Dindigul).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was transferred to TASMAC Shop No. 3120, Dindigul District and now, he joined in the said place.
