This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to Conduct Kabaddi Tournament of Chithirai Festival at Ayyavaikundar Arulthangal at Lebbaikudiyiruppu Kavalkinaru Tirunelveli District dated 06.05.2017 based on the Petitioner's application dated 10.04.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the police have caused strong objection in granting permission to the petitioner to conduct Kabaddi Tournament of Chithirai Festival at Ayyavaikundar Arulthangal at Lebbaikudiyiruppu Kavalkinaru Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submission made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to pass appropriate orders on the representation given by the petitioner and either reject the same or grant permission taking into consideration the law and order problem. If permission is granted, suitable conditions may be imposed, so that there is no law and order problem arises. No costs.
