ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents herein to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2019 with regard to allotment of work of Kudimaramth to the Village Committee of Valanthur, Usilampatti, Madurai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government appearing for the respondents would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16932 of 2019 the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
