Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's suspension period i.e., from 27.10.2005 to 26.06.2010 as on duty period and further direct him to provide all monetary, attendant and service benefits including the service seniority for such period to his service in the cadre of the Commercial Inspector at the respondent's department in pursuance to representation dated 09.05.2016 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
