Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in connection with his Tender Notification No.1/2017-18, dated 03.04.2017 invited/advertised in "Dinamani" Daily, on 06.04.2017, insofar as it relates to the works in SL.Nos.16 & 17, i.e., (i) Construction of school building Type II Section 2 under RMSA scheme with NABARD RIDF XXII Assistance in Government High School at Seethakkamangalam in Kodavasal Block of Thiruvarur District; and (ii) Construction of School Building (Type II) section II in (RMSA) Government High School at Koothanur in Kodavasal Block of Thiruvaur District, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to issue fresh Tender Notification within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.
