This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of the case has been registered against some other person.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.09.2021, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, case has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 IPC and in that case, the petitioner''s involvement is also suspected and on that ground. The case has been listed today to inform about further development.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that even though they suspected involvement of the petitioner, during the course of investigation the same is not proved.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of as infructuous as no more harassment may exist.
