ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 7292 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to personal reasons he could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 7292 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
