Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancel the Sale Deeds and Power Deed viz., Document Nos.1236/04 dated 15.03.2004, 238/04, dated 17.03.2004 and 1323/04 dated 19.03.2004 on the file of the third respondent and subsequent documents executed based on the above said fraudulent documents in respect of the said survey numbers based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2016 following the Circular 67 dated 03.11.11 on the file of the first respondent within a stipulated time. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to cancel the Sale Deeds and Power Deed viz., Document Nos.1236/04 dated 15.03.2004, 238/04, dated 17.03.2004 and 1323/04 dated 19.03.2004 on the file of the third respondent and subsequent documents executed based on the above said fraudulent documents in respect of the said survey numbers based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2016 following the Circular 67 dated 03.11.11 on the file of the first respondent within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent/District Registrar to cancel the Sale Deeds and Power Attorney. Based on that application, the second respondent also conducted enquiry with the petitioner and the other rival claimants and on 23.05.2016 and the enquiry was also over. Thereafter, no orders have been passed by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the Writ petition.
5. In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
