ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Muthumanikkam represented that the issue is covered by an order passed in M/s.Sakthi Mining Company v. The Secretary to Government and three others in W.A.No.671 of 2020 etc. batch dated 15.02.2024.

2. Mr.M.Muthumanikkam states that in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench dated 15.02.2024, the District Collector, Karur had issued notice to the writ petitioner and had passed final orders in Na.Ka.No. 438/Kanimam/2019-32 dated 19.10.2024.

3. Mr.Muthukumarasamy states that the copy of the order had not been served on the petitioner.

4. Mr.M.Jayakumar representing Mr.Muthukumarasamy states that he had received a copy of the order dated 19.10.2024 from Mr.Muthumanikkam.

5. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.10.2024, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
