O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2015 and furnish the Postmortem Report, Final Report, RDO Enquiry report and other connected papers in respect of Crime No.927 of 2007, dated 27.07.2007 on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner filed an application seeking some information under Right to Information Act, and the second respondent has also furnished some information to the petitioner.

5. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the same, she has to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. Without availing the appeal remedy, the petitioner cannot file the Writ petition.

6. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority, by filing necessary appeal under R.T.I Act. No costs.
