This petition is filed seeking for quashment of F.I.R. In Crime No.30 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent. 1/3

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and learned counsel for the second respondent are present.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the meanwhile, Police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil, against the petitioner on 30.06.2023 for the offence under Section 427 of I.P.C.

4. Since the very purpose for which the petitioner's petition has already been defeated, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
