Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned order in :K.Km4/25591/2015, dated 23.12.2015, on the file of the respondent No.2 and the quash the same as illegal, consequently to directing the respondents to give petitioner appointment on the compassionate ground for the death of petitioner's mother by name S.Indirani wife of Selvaraj in service in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
