ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.350 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, (CAMP) Usilampatti, Madurai District, for the offences punishable under Section 324 IPC and Section 3 (1) of TNPPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.350 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, (CAMP) Usilampatti, Madurai District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 21.10.2013.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, (CAMP) Usilampatti, Madurai District, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
