PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Court, Trichirapalli, to dispose of the suit in T.R.O.P.No.39 of 2021 expeditiously within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : M/s.S.Mahalakshmi

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Court, Trichirappalli, to dispose of the petition filed in T.R.O.P.No.39 of 2021 within time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that two suits were filed in O.S.Nos.10 of 2015 and 288 of 2020, the subject matter of the properties and the parties of the suits are same and the same were pending in different Courts. For the pendency of the above said suits, the petitioner has filed a petition in T.R.O.P.No.39 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Trichirappalli for joint trial and the same is pending for the past six months without any progress. Hence, he filed this petition for speedy disposal of the petition in T.R.O.P.No.39 of 2021 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this Court directs the Principal District Court, Trichirappalli to dispose of the petition filed in T.R.O.P.No.39 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the concerned judge is directed to dispose of the Suits in O.S.Nos.10 of 2015 and 288 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of final disposal of the T.R.O.P. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

C.R.P(MD)No. 1397 of 2021 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
