The learned Standing Counsel for the Tirunelveli Municipal Corporation, by placing reliance on a communication dated 12 July, 2017, submitted that the petitioner was evicted by the third respondent, pursuant to the impugned notice in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the authorities have granted the petitioner alternative site.

4. In view of the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
