ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.07.2022 passed in E.A.SR.No.8483 of 2022 in E.P.No.28 of 2020 in O.S.No.1643 of 2007 on the file of I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the execution proceedings have been terminated by effecting delivery on 20.01.2023. Therefore, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
