ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.14 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as a Principal in Christian Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Oddanchatram, lodged a complaint on 12.09.2018 stating that the petitioner sole accused misbehaved with the girl students who are studying in the said school. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the school management, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that there is a serious allegation as against the petitioner herein and his earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.OP.(MD)No.16763 of 2018, dated 29.09.2018, was also dismissed by this Court.
