ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representation dated 02.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the representation dated 02.09.2021 has been perused. Perusal of the same shows that this petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15776 of 2020 seeking police protection. It has been stated that protection order was granted in the aforesaid petition. But the copy of the order is not enclosed in this petition.

3.In the concluding portion of the representation, it has been stated that proper action must be taken against the persons, who involved in the theft of 25 tons of Karuvela Trees. It has been also stated that criminal intimidation has also been made. Except that, not even a single line has been mentioned in the petition seeking police protection. Seeking police protection, a life threat is the only criteria, but nowhere in the representation, such facts and circumstances and necessity for granting police protection have been mentioned.
