Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIDHYA MAHESWARAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11247 of 2022 dated 24.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11247 of 2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
