ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 395 I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 22.02.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Judge is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
