The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to provide an Educational Loan Application to the petitioner and subsequently, by considering the same, to grant education loan for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner, for studying Bachelor Engineering Degree (B.E) course in Sethu Institute of Technology (Autonomous), Kariapatti, Virudhunagar District, within a reasonable time fixed by this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today when the matter is taken up Mr.Palaramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, is present. 3.The petitioner is seeking a prayer to the respondents to issue a loan application for availing educational loan. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that loan application can be downloaded online and can be submitted to the respondents.
