PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.262/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 14.07.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 392, 397, 506(ii) IPC and 25 (1)(a) Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.262 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.07.2022 at about 07.00PM, when he was cleaning the Bar, the accused persons came there and demanded liquor by showing sword and also they snatched Rs.300/- from the petitioner's shirt pocket. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is undergoing Law Graduate course and working as an Advocate Clerk. The petitioner is an innocent person, not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and falsely implicated in this case by the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.13841 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioner and the investigation is not yet completed.

5.Considering the period of incarceration, that the petitioner is not having any previous case at his credit and that the petitioner is undergoing Law degree, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 01/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 01/08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
