To allow this appeal and set aside the judgment and decree dated 27.10.2015 made in MCOP No.1171 of 2005 on the file of MACT, III Additional Sub Court, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.MATHIALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 792 days in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ paying the deficit Court Fee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner the delay of 792 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
