PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.512 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 20.05.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC r/w 25(1A), 27(2) Arms Act, in Crime No.512 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the accused person is having previous cases and he is also a history sheeted person. 3.This Court without going into the merits of the case, considering the completion of statutory period undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant statutory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
