O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking police protection for holding the Administrative Executive Committee Meeting of the Mohideen Andavan Peria Pallivasal And Syed Hussain Dargah Wakf, scheduled to be held on 27.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the meeting is scheduled to be held on 27.11.2020, but it is proposed to postpone to conduct the meeting and they are only seeking Police protection to conduct the meeting, based on the interim order passed by the Civil Court on 11.11.2020 in I.A.No.303 of 2020 in O.A.No.167 of 2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2020 and pass appropriate order in the light of the order passed by the learned Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal, Chennai in I.A.303 of 2020 in O.A.No.167 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequenlty, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
