This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2020 and provide sufficient police protection to the life, limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, F.I.R is registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.2493 of 2020.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
