ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the 2nd accused in the aforesaid crime, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 406, 465, 468 and 420 of IPC.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that because of the pendency of the aforesaid crime, the petitioner is not in a position to proceed with his further studies. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a find report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
